I was very satisfied with Chris coming in on his day off with his family to get my car back to me in time. Could have gone either way but like I said he is a good person/shop owner and wouldn't bring my jeep anywhere else! They did an alternator change, high ouput cables as well it needed and a battery charge. They helped me get the right parts and made sure my cables were changed with higher gauge ones as I got a H.O. mean green 200 amp alt. We had an emergency due pouring windshield washer into power steering oil filler by mistake in our grandson's car. We do not know what to do except removing some of it. We removed whatever we could but we did not dare stating the motor. We had the car towed to Total Performance garage for repair. At the same time we had one of our car with the dealer for servicing. When we requested Chris for quick turnaround they accommodated us even though they were very busy that day and saved us lot of trips. They previously did major work on our grandson's car. My son was driving home from work when his dash board on his Jeep Liberty lit up. He got it to my house and we popped the hood, steam vapors bellowing all over the place. Coolant reservoir was empty. My son ended up taking my car home. The next morning, I walked down to see Chris at Total Performance and explained to him what had happen. He was busy, cars all over the place. Chris assured me that he'd try and get to the jeep sometime during the day, if not he'd get to it first thing the following day. The next day we get the call that my sons jeep was fixed, water pump had gone bad. As busy as Chris and his team was, they made time to get my sons jeep back on the road.
