Chris and his mechanic, Mike, were awesome when we unexpectedly broke down on the highway while heading home to CT. Based on the positive reviews we read about Total Performance we asked our tow driver to bring the car there (on a Sunday night). Although Chris was already backlogged with his Monday repair schedule, he fit us in so we could resume our 5 hour trip to her home. Thank you Chris for your kindness and empathy and professionalism.
