Chris and his mechanic, Mike, were awesome when we unexpectedly broke down on the highway while heading home to CT. Based on the positive reviews we read about Total Performance we asked our tow driver to bring the car there (on a Sunday night). I have been driving for 28 years and have owned many vehicles in that time frame. I have struggled for many years to find an honest, reliable, courteous and competent mechanic until I found Chris and his team at Total Performance. I recently had grinding breaks and called Chris to have my breaks replaced. He had a full schedule but managed to squeeze me in for the next day to replace the brakes and rotors. He explained to me "I have to fit you in because I can't let you drive with an unsafe car". I dropped my car off first thing the next morning and my car was ready by the end of the same day just like he said it would be. The amazing thing is that it only cost me $80 dollars. My brakes were still good and just needed to be cleaned and now the grinding noise is gone. Every mechanic I have been to in the past would have charged me for the brakes and rotors but not CHRIS!!! I really could not be happier with the level of service and the quality of work between Chris and his entire team! I had a 3.5" lift installed along with new 35" tires and MT rims on my 2011 Ribicon. Chris nailed it! In addition to the lift and tires the MOPAR bumper had to be modified to receive the new tire carrier, the installation is perfect with the 48" High Lift jack! Chris took his time explaining every detail to me and why some things would look or work better than others. He took my numerous questions in stride.
